History of Nursing Research Colloquium: updated call for papers

Updated Call for Papers:

We are planning to hold the 23rd UK Association for the History of Nursing Research Colloquium on Tuesday 29h June 2021 at the Friends Meeting House, Priory Road, Chichester, West Sussex, UK, PO19 1NX   from 9.30am – 5pm. We hope this will be ‘post Covid 19’, but will have contingencies in place as necessary. 

We ask for papers that cover any aspect of nursing history, including work in progress. The Colloquium has a proud tradition of providing a supportive environment and space for researchers to present work in progress and obtain feedback for further development of their research.

 Please submit abstracts of approximately 250 words to c.s.chatterton@open.ac.uk in this format:

Title

Author(s)

Aims & focus of the research

Methods and / or sources

Key areas for discussion

Conclusions.

Deadline for submission of abstracts is 28th February 2021

The fee for the Colloquium is £30 (£15 for students and unwaged) which includes lunch and all refreshments. Places must be booked in advance on Eventbrite – details to follow nearer the time.
